Software should not be the hard part
We started Skyline because running a small software business meant paying for eleven tools that refused to talk to each other. One platform, honestly priced, felt overdue.
Built by a team that ran on spreadsheets first
Skyline began in 2019 as an internal tool at a two-person agency. Every client asked for the same stack: a site, a checkout, an email list and one report that told the truth. So we built it once, properly, and made it the product.
Today a team of ninety people across nine countries works on that same idea. The roadmap still comes from support tickets, and every engineer answers them one week a quarter.
Three rules we do not break
Values only count when they cost something. These three have cost us features, deals and deadlines, and they stay.
Ship weekly
Small releases every week beat a big launch every year. Customers see the changelog before the marketing site does.
Plain language
Pricing pages without asterisks, docs without jargon, emails a human would send. If a sentence needs a footnote, we rewrite the sentence.
Support is the product
The people answering your tickets sit with the people writing the code. Fixes ship because someone asked, not because a dashboard blinked.
